Online Database

North Bridge now has an online database to manage contacts, events and messages for the church. This will serve as an online directory and calendar for those who are regularly involved at North Bridge.

Regular attendees will receive an email notification that they have been setup with a login account. If you are a regular attendee and have not received this, we may not have an email address for you. Please contact Shane Stec if you have any questions or would like to request a login account.

Important information about the Stafftool database:

• Only regular attenders & members are given access to the database.
• Everyone with a login/user account will be able to view all published contacts, view all public events & messages, view events and messages for groups they are a part of (i.e., ministry teams, small groups, etc.), as well as view and edit their own contact info - and that of their immediate family.
• Not all features will be availalble to all users.
• A limited number of people will have administrative access to the entire database in order to add or edit contacts or events.
• CHILDREN (with the exception of teens) will not be viewable in the published directory - you should only be able to view/edit your own children.

Tips for making the most of the Stafftool database:

• View the tutorial videos when you first login to your stafftool account.
• Add northbridge.stafftool.com as one of your homepage tabs & check the box to remember your password at login. This will keep the database handy for quick reference.
• Have an iPhone or iPod Touch? You can access the stafftool database directly from these devices (wifi access required to use on iPod Touch). You can even create a custom button link on your homepage. Read this blog entry at stafftool for more info.
